Thailand SET Index – Market Top or Market Rebound Continues? September 19, 2006

Thailand market is an interesting market to look at. Many funds companies or rating agencies still give a good ‘buy’ rating on this South East Asia market. Not sure if the terrorism activities that happening in Southern Thailand from time to time will shake up the investors’ confidence, not to mention the political unsolved issues.

Ok. When we look at the chart from mid of August this year, we can notice that the market is EITHER forming a ‘triple’ top or a ‘double’ top. 713 level is the recent high and the index will be continuing testing this resistance level, if the index is able to break up the 707 level.

Generally, the market looks bearish at this moment. So, if there is breakdown below 702 level tomorrow, the index might move further into downward direction.

So, let’s keep our eyes on this so-called SEA’s hot and blooming market!
